I am 28 years old; I have just purchased a hyndai ix35 2011(new), I live in Douglasdale, Johannesburg/Sandton area, my car has central lock, imobalizer; electric windows, smash and grab.I’m staying in a secured Estate and at home I park the car in a locked garage. I am yet to install a Tracker device. I work in Bryanston along William Nicol drive. My drivers licence is 1 year and 5months old(29months). I am looking for an Insurance where i can pay at most R900 excluding track I have been quoted at R1300 so far.

I am a client of one big insurance company. I have a comprehensive policy with them. But recently I had issues with my keys. They had lost code and I couldn’t ride. But I realised when I spoke to one of their agents, the car radio, keys and other extras were covered.

But when I made a claim for the keys, two Mickey Mouse brokers visited my office, took photographs of the car. What was the purpose of the photos taken in relation to the keys.

I asked them if they worked with the company, they told me we are just hired. I spoke to a friend of mine who works full time with the company, he came to look at my deal. He told me your keys are covered but we don’t like to pay claims. Especially if its something you can pay with your pocket. They will use all possible excuses.

Now I am inviting quotations for a Comprehensive Cover. I want to end this agreement asap. Mail me to yankho@mobileemail.vodafonesa.co.za

I am 29 years old, driving new polo 1.6 mettalic silver , staying in sunnyside Pretoria, my car has central locker, staying in a locked garage, Tracker device installed, Garage in a secured place using remote sensors to open, My car has 7000 mileage and my drivers licence has 09 month.. I am looking for an Insurance where i can pay R700 excluding tracker.. am currently paying R850.00
