I person drove into me and admitted guilt.  Both parties are insured. I decided to claim directly from his insurance as a 3rd party and not to claim from my insurance. The reason being I didn't want to lose my no claim bonus. The accident happened on the 11/12/2011 till to date I don't have an answer from his insurance. They want to pay me directly into my bank account and I must sign a release form so to accept this as final payment and not have any further claim from them in the future if the vehicle is not fixed properly.
