Abandoned hijacked and stolen vehicles recovered in New Brighton and Kwadesi

Eastern Cape: Yesterday, 4 September 2016 at 11:45, Port Elizabeth K9 members recovered an abandoned hijacked vehicle in Nikiwe Street, New Brighton.
