My mom recently wen’t to renew her drivers licence card. Unfortunately she could not supply them with finger prints because she has problems with her hands and they didn’t want to register. What they did was they took another foto of my mom. My moms only concern is that instead of taking all 4 fotos they only took 2. One that was on the application form and the other one for the replacement of hir finger prints. Will this become a major issue?
It may be that the Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC) is equipped with a live capture unit (LCU). If this is the case, the images of the photo are electronically submitted to the Card Production Facility (CPF).
In the past the photos were delivered to the CPF.
