What does the Rules of the Road stipulate about transporting a drum of petrol?


I would like some guidance with regard to the Traffic Regulations concerning the carrying of one 210-litre drum of petrol/diesel from the filling station to our school.


You do not need to comply with the Dangerous goods legislation. Petrol is exempt to 500 litres and diesel to a 1000 litres.
