My brother was driving my bakkie and was involved in a accident. It was a rainy day and the car infront of him stop in front of him when a taxi was moving from one line to the other that course him to stop as well but my bakkie moved into the up coming traffic lane and crass into a nother vehicle. The driver in the other vehicle did not have a drivers licences. After a year i received a summons of R100 000 that i have to pay for the damage on their vehicle.I dont have insurance.

Question

1. Are they allowed to repair the vehicle with out sending me the qaut?
2. Can the insurance still claim from me even if the driver of the bakkie dont have a licences?
3. I was not driving am i still responsible to pay the claim?
