Cloned vehicle uncovered following intelligence received

In a joint operation involving SAPS K9 Unit, Gauteng Traffic Wardens STT (Northern Corridor), Tshenolo P.I, Reaction Team, Tracker SA, and Hatfield CID, law enforcement officers uncovered a cloned vehicle following intelligence received on a White Suzuki Swift that had been reported stolen in 2022.

The vehicle was recovered and Investigations revealed that the stolen Suzuki was stripped and later reconstructed using parts and identity details from another vehicle of the exact make, model, and colour-that had been previously written off.
