I am looking for the legilation on safety belts in buses. Can you help me?

Answer:

Regulation 213 prescribes of the National Road Traffic Regulations the use of seatbelts. There is no specific reference to buses, only mini and midibuses. The only seat belts required are in mini and midibuses (up to 35 seats) registered for the first time after 4 Sept 2006 that are used for reward.
