How old must I be to apply for a PRDP?

I just want to ask whether i”m allowed to apply for a PRDP at the age of 20?  I have code 10 drivers license and at my new place of work, they told me they need it.

Yes, you may apply for a PRDP for goods vehicles. You must be 21 for a passenger PRDP and 25 for a Dangerous Goods PRDP.
