by jonckie@arrivealive.co.za

The Tshwane Metro Police officers in Sinoville Region were doing their patrol duties in the early hours of Sunday at R101 when they spotted a suspicious vehicle driving from Walmansthal off-ramp into R101.

When the occupants of the vehicle noticed the officers they made a U-turn trying to flee. The officers gave chase and the suspects crashed into a fence then abandoned the vehicle and ran.

The officers searched the vehicle and found a lot of suspected stolen goods. They called the vehicle on-air and was not reported stolen at the time.

A few hours later they were notified that the vehicle together with the goods was taken during a house robbery in Kameeldrift where a case of murder and robbery was opened.

Well done officers!!
