What’s the Regulations on a 49cc Moped (Bicycle with engine)?
As I understand any bicycle that is powered by means other than person power is a motor vehicle and therefore needs appropriate registration/roadworthy and driving license if approved as a motorvehicle.
Answer:
The legislation that will move these pedal cycles out of the definition of motor vehicle has not been passed by Parliament yet. They are currently considered to be motor vehicles.
