Which offences will disqualify me from getting a PRDP?

Good day, I would like to ask about the PDP application, because I applied for the PDP and is not approved. I don’t know if the shoplifting record can prevent me to get the PDP, or do I have to wait for a period of time? If so, How long do I have to wait –  how many years? I committed the crime at 2013 December

Answer:

No, a shoplifting crime does not disqualify you from getting a PRDP. Reg 117 states that drunken driving, reckless driving and, in the case of PRDP applications for dangerous goods and passengers, violent crimes disqualify you.
