Honda Motor Southern Africa is excited to introduce the refreshed Honda HR-V – a compact SUV that blends style with practicality. The new model line-up has been streamlined to a single derivative, Elegance, which perfectly balances the features of the previous Comfort and Executive variants-at a more affordable price. The Elegance now includes advanced features as standard, such as Honda SENSING®, a 15W Wireless Smartphone Charger, and Auto High Beam LED headlights.
Key Exterior Design Changes
The front fascia now features a redesigned, body-coloured grille, giving the HR-V a bolder and more distinctive presence on the road. At the rear, a new full-LED taillight strip and high-gloss lower bumper garnish add a touch of elegance and dynamism. Complementing these changes are new dual-tone 18-inch wheels, further enhancing the HR-V’s confident stance. Five colours are now on offer: two Pearlescent, and three Metallic – Crystal Black Pearlescent, Opal White Pearlescent, Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic, Meteoroid Grey Metallic, and Ignite Red Metallic.
Key Interior Design Changes
The interior of the Elegance derivative features eco-friendly leather seats designed to provide greater comfort on long journeys. The redesigned centre console improves practicality and convenience, now equipped with two USB ports (Type A and Type C). Additionally, a 15W Wireless Smartphone Charger is now a standard feature on the refreshed HR-V. Like the derivatives it replaces, the Elegance features an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, now with wireless Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™.
