How do I go about getting a disability tag for parking?

Could you please advice how I would go about getting a disability tag for parking?

Answer:

Currently there are no formal regulations. There are a set of draft regulations that was published for comment in June 2012.

They will most probably be published before the end of the year.

Please note this is not in force yet.
