Is there a regulated speed limit when driving in a parking lot?

I have a query about the speed limit in a parking lot. We recently moved into a new office building and we`ve experienced some problems with employees speeding in the parking lot. Is there a regulated speed limit when driving in a parking lot? Regards

No, the traffic department will have to authorize a sign to lower the speed limit. Generally, parking lots are considered to be public roads if a part of the public is allowed to use it.
