Obey road markings when correcting an incorrect lane decision on the freeway!

Good morning. I have scanned through arrive alive site and I cannot find any info on the rules and regulations regarding a highway’s off-ramp. If you accidentally took the wrong off-ramp. You have not yet reached the channelizing line(solid lane), is it wrong if you turn back onto the highway safely by the dotted line before the white solid lines?
