What are the Rules of the Road on drunk driving on a private property?

I am currently performing a driver training programme and was asked an interesting question: is it permissible under any circumstances to drive over the alcohol limit on either a private road OR private property?

Answer:

There are no rules in the road traffic legislation on that. It would depend on the rules the owner of the property imposes.
