I wonder if you can assist. I work for a truck manufacturer, and every now and then, we are required to “deliver” a customers NEW truck to their premises.
Even though NO goods are involved, does one still need a PDP? If we are just delivering the truck?
Answer:
Yes, the driver will need a PRDP. It does not matter what the vehicle is used for. The requirement is due to the fact that the vehicle is a goods vehicle with a GVM exceeding 3 500 kg.
