Must all minibusses or taxis operating for reward have a driver partition behind the driver seat?

Question:

In the act it says that all minibusses or taxis operating for reward needs a driver partition behind the driver seat. Does this apply to older vehicles such as the Hiace or Siyaya generation of minibusses?

Answer:

It applies to all minibusses. Some of the other seat provisions only apply to vehicles younger than Sept 2006 but this provision was not introduced with the date provision.
