The Durban Metro Police Service North Region Highway Patrol Unit continues to work tirelessly in combating vehicle-related crime.
On Wednesday, 18 February 2026, members recovered a stolen vehicle in Inanda, next to Ebuhleni Village. Upon inspection, the vehicle had been stripped of several major components, including the engine, gearbox, diesel tank, bonnet, and radio.
Additional parts, such as seats and headlamps were recovered in nearby bushland.
The vehicle was transported to Inanda SAPS where it was booked and processed before being handed over to the Community Service Centre
