The company is permanently closed. I don’t know what can I do with the car.
The license disc expired 2016 September 30.
I even can’t get the previous owner.

You will have to make an affidavit and explain why you do not have the registration documents for the vehicle. The authority will also require a SAPS clearance for the vehicle to determine that the vehicle is not stolen.
