Can someone tell me what is the actual fine for driving with a phone in your hand and getting stopped at a yield sign?
Answer:
Currently, there is no general fine in SA. Once AARTO is implemented there will only be one fine but the magistrate in each district is currently responsible for setting the fines and it differs drastically from place to place.
