Three men posing as clients hijacked a female taxi driver of her white VW Polo sedan with registration ND 211 552 in Starwood, Phoenix today (Wednesday).
The suspects summoned the victim to their location through a cellphone app. Shortly after getting into the vehicle one of the suspects drew a knife and forced the victim to drive to Lindelani in Ntuzuma.
They then forced her out of the vehicle and asked her to lie on the ground. The suspects then sped off with the vehicle and an undisclosed amount of cash. The victim’s Huawei P20 Lite and Nokia cellphone was also taken. The victim was not injured.
